Board Meetings

The next board meeting dates are....  June 2, August 4, October 6, December 1, 2010 and February 2, 2011.  Meetings begin at 6 PM and will be held at the Zion Church - Book & 111th Street.  Room 22.

On-Line Community Board

The Pride of the Prairie Quilters has an on-line community board for its current guild members.  Members can use the board to post messages, ask for help with a technique, look for a pattern or fabric, share pictures and much more.

This is a quick and efficient way to communicate and connect with other guild members.

Duties and Responsibilities of Members

  • Payment of dues.

  • Wear nametag to monthly meetings and workshops.

  • Contribute food or needed item for refreshment table at one guild meeting each year.

  • If needed, help set up or store chair at the end of meeting.

  • Participation in the Pride of the Prairie Quilters Quilt Show

  • Minimum 1 shift (2 hours) during the quilt show

  • Sale of a minimum of 20 tickets for the "raffle quilt"

  • Service on one quilt show committee

There are many opportunities to participate in the work of the Guild through committees and projects. Members are encouraged to become involved.
